Day 9: The Sabbath May 18, 2014

On this day of rest, we aren’t offering any words of wisdom. Just one kick-butt green smoothie recipe that manifested from what we have left in our kitchen this morning.

2 handfuls of spinach and/or kale (warm property)
1/2 cup coconut water (warm property)
1.5 cups almond milk (warm property)
1.5 cups peaches (warm property)
1 cup blueberries (cool property)
2 tbs coconut flakes (warm property)
